At the age of 8, I started Taekwondo. As my passion for martial arts grew, I continued into kickboxing achieving 1st Dan black belt in both. I then found an interest in fitness and that led me into the fitness world so, I decided to take up BTEC sport in school to sort of see what it was like and how the industry was. This then led me to do my level 2 gym instructing at college as my passion for fitness grew. After achieving this, I then completed my level 3 personal training course in college, which also included nutrition, sports psychology, sports injuries, and massage.
I’m passionate about helping people achieve their dreams and goals just like I did. My aim as a personal trainer is to help people reach their true potential, no matter their ability or fitness level.
