Hey I’m Kelly,
I’m a super active mum of 2 that’s juggling my own fitness, looking after the kids and supporting my amazing client base to help them move towards their goals.
I get it, fitness isn’t all about being the best in the gym, it can be a struggle to even get to the gym at times which is why I focus my coaching towards guiding you through your daily struggles to bring the best out of you. With a little push in the right direction and some proven coaching methods we can be sure to help you progress whatever your level of fitness.
I have been in the gyms for over ten years myself and have been helping people for over 5 of those years and I would love to help you too.
