I’m your friendly northern lass, with a huge passion for fitness and nutrition. You’ve probably seen me strength training in the gym with my resting “concentration" face on haha!

I understand that every fitness journey is different, sometimes the gym floor can feel really overwhelming. We all have our anxious days and insecurities, but I’m here to help reduce those feelings by providing you with my knowledge, expertise, and moral support, to boost your confidence.

We’ll work together to build a bespoke training programme that fits around your lifestyle, specifically tailored towards your goals. Whether you’re new to the gym or you’ve seen a plateau in your training and need to kickstart your progress, I’m your girl.

As your coach I’m here to encourage you, motivate you, and hold you accountable in a judgement free zone.

Your sessions with me will be challenging in the best way possible. I want you to leave the gym feeling empowered - you can do hard things!
