As we move through different phases of our lives, it's really important to adapt our training to make the most of these changes, and work with our bodies, not against them.

My training in my 40's looks very different to what I did in my 20's and even 30's, but that doesn't mean it's all relaxing and stretching!

I’m an experienced runner & triathlete, as part of my active recovery from some tough race seasons, I took up paddle boarding! I absolutely loved being on the water, not to
mention it's a great core workout! Try holding a plank or tree pose on a paddle board!
