I’m Kaz, I have recently taken the plunge to turn my passion and knowledge about fitness and exercise into my career and I am so excited to help you meet your goals. 

 

For me, fitness is more than just aesthetics. The gym lifted me out of a dark depression and had transformed my outlook on life. As well as weight training, I also love trying new sports and regularly running, taking yoga classes, swimming and more!

 

My goals as a personal trainer are to give you the same love for fitness that I have. I want to help you feel strong, capable and happy in your own body. 

 I’m always on hand for a chat about anything fitness related.
