Kai Plahar
My name is Kailey (most people call me Kai) and I have a genuine passion for fitness! I started my own fitness journey over 10 years ago. Within that time, I gave birth to two children (aged 3 and 6), one of which by caesarean section. I have seen my own body go through multiple changes and was left with a real challenge of trying to get my body back into shape, which I successfully achieved with hard work and consistency!
I started a blog on Instagram (@kaidiaries) documenting my fitness journey which I used to inspire others who were also experiencing the challenges of weight loss and toning up. I was inundated with queries asking for my help and advice. I enjoyed helping others so much that whilst I was on maternity leave, I decided to qualify as a fitness instructor and personal trainer. I left my career in law and decided to pursue a career in personal training. It was truly the best decision I have made and I have not looked back!
