Julie Boyle

Having been involved in sports from a young age, I've always been interested in fitness. After having four children in quick succession my own fitness quickly disappeared and I gained a lot of weight.

I used to sit most days after work and eat junk food. I felt run down, lethargic and just terrible in general. I then saw a photo of myself taken on a family holiday and got a huge shock. I decided to join PureGym there and then.

Meeting loads of fantastic people on my journey within PureGym I rediscovered my passion for fitness and sport. I've lost a lot of the weight that I gained having given birth and rediscovered me.

Now I want to use my experience to help you discover the benefits of fitness and good nutrition and to help you achieve your goals and an overall sense of wellbeing.
