Hi! My name's Josie. I have been into fitness and the gym for about 6 years now and have loved it since. From being a competitive swimmer since a young age and leaving that behind, the gym became my new passion. I love how keeping fit and healthy has helped me physically by transforming my body how I want to, but also transforming my mindset and lifestyle for the better and massively improving my mental health.

I am very passionate about health and fitness and want to share my passion with others, so with my knowledge and experience I can help others! I want to help you become the best version of yourself the same way I have and push you to your limits to smash your goals.
