Josh Thornton
Sport, fitness has always been a huge part and passion in my life, having being playing rugby league since I was 6 years old and then playing semi professional for Castleford tigers since I was 14.
During my career in sport so far I have gained much experience and knowledge in training strength & conditioning, then further went into college to study both a level 3 sports coaching qualification and a level 3 personal training qualification.
The approach I take towards my coaching to any client is backed by research and my experience in being trained by a professional trainer and in a professional environment. I now offer coaching sessions to any male of female professionals who want to be fitter, bigger, faster and stronger.
