Josh Shepherd

Hi, I'm Josh, a level 3 personal trainer and fitness instructor. My history is within academia as a scientist, where I studied psychology and taught at undergraduate level. Before this I played football for Wolverhampton Wanderers FC until I was 19.

My programs are designed to be the most efficient, effective and sustainable way to build muscle, lose fat or enhance sports performance. This will save you time, energy and frustration.

 I have a passion for optimising the motivation, confidence, happiness and life-satisfaction of my clients.

It goes without saying that I have a passion for fitness, and the best way to optimise wellness starts with the body.
