Josh Lovell
As someone who has been playing sports my whole life, fitness has always been a huge part of my life. I started the gym, and it instantly became my home away from home and I have never looked back.
Since starting, I immediately became obsessed with pushing myself further and further. Some call me crazy for being so passionate about training, however, it made me realise that I want to use the gym as a tool to help as many people become healthier - physically and mentally.
The first sport I began playing was rugby, and I played that for 14 years. Alongside this, I was rowing competitively and training in boxing. Although stopping the majority of my sports, I worked alongside Plymouth Albion as a therapist there for 6 months as well as the Marjon Clinic.
After 3 years of university and many years of experience in the gym, I'm ready to put what I've learned into practice. So, if you're looking to reach new limits as well as achieve your personal goals and beyond, feel free to contact me for more information.
