I’m a dedicated Personal Trainer who strives to provide the highest standard of coaching using my academic studies, as well as years of experience helping others improve their lifestyles with a flexible approach to training and nutrition.

About me: I’m a lover of Sport, with a passion for entering fitness comps/challenges, travelling, street food, and currently learning Spanish!

Training Style: Fun and educational sessions with customised programs blending strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, and functional fitness. You will also have a training app to track your overall progress and keep you accountable.

Clientele: Individuals seeking to improve their physique, and lifestyle as well as people who want to prepare for fitness events like Hyrox, Tough Mudders, and Marathons.
