Hi, I’m Jordan I have always been a lover of sports from the mid-teens, from playing football during college and university to going to the gym with friends. Coming from a background of being shy, (slightly) on the heavier side and self-conscious of what people thought about my appearance. I know how scary and daunting it can be to step foot into the gym for the first time, I’m here to guide and help you at whatever pace it takes to make you feel comfortable.
It wasn’t till my early 20’s till I developed the love and passion for resistance training and sculpting my physique to advance to the next level. This passion had not only made my confidence grow along with the physique but always had helped mental strength and discipline to reach any goal I wanted not only for the gym but for my lifestyle and life goals. Spending years on the goal of forwarding to competing in shows in the near future, I do have other hobbies outside of the fitness realm. I’m not your typical chicken, rice broccoli type of guy, I enjoy a range of different foods based off other cultures. If I’m not in the gym I’m either spending time with family and friends or enjoying my own comfort watching movies and Netflix.
I’m a strong believer in maintaining a balanced lifestyle outside of the gym and this understanding will reflect into all training programmes. All plans will be tailored to the individual, with the help of my knowledge based of previous experience and the help of my bachelor’s degree in sports science and human physiology I can help use this to advance to the best version of yourself.
