I’m Jonny, 33 years old, dad to one unicorn-obsessed 4-year-old and fitness fanatic.


I found my love for health and fitness a bit later in life, so I know better than anyone that it’s never too late to make that change and start prioritising your health.


For me, that means looking at the whole picture. Diet, exercise, lifestyle, habits, what pumps you up and what puts you off. 


As a trainer, I’m here to keep you on track, push you forward and guide you through your fitness journey - whether you’re looking to lose fat, build muscle, improve your mental health or your overall fitness.


Everyone’s different, so I’ll make sure to get to know you and understand your goals, seeing what works and adjusting as we go.
