First and foremost, I need to let you all know that I am a big fan of Pokemon, hence training in the way of the GAR GAR, named after my favourite – Gengar. But in all seriousness, fitness has changed my life just as much as Pokemon has positively influenced my childhood.
As someone who had no access to a fully equipped gym until 2022, I specialise in the area of bodyweight exercises, but I also utilise that in combination with traditional weight lifting techniques and martial arts style strength training to make you stronger and healthier.
Throughout my life, I had always been bullied and made fun of due to my wider hips and narrow shoulders; that along with being either too skinny or fat (done both). So, I understand the fear and pressure that inhibits our choices to becoming a healthier, better version of ourselves.
