With a background in semi-professional basketball as well as sport, health, and exercise science; I’ve always had a growing love for health and fitness. It has built my confidence, made me courageous and taught me how to push through adversity.
We are all on our own journey but allow me to guide you in the right direction and use my knowledge to help you achieve the best version of yourself.
