Hi, thanks for taking the time to view my profile. I've been involved in sports all my life and have been a Personal Trainer for over five years. I used to play basketball professionally but had to stop due to injuries. I started working with a Personal Trainer to help me with my rehabilitation after my injuries, which got me into working as a Personal Trainer myself.

Due to my own experience, I have a great understanding of what my clients are going through during their training. I like pushing and motivating my clients so they can reach limits that they've never expected they could reach. At the same time, I aim to make the training fun, which is why I always try to mix up the training depending on my client’s goals.

My training programmes can include anything from boxing, pad work, strength training, high impact all the way to recovering from an injury or just aiming to get healthier.
