Jodie Egerton

Growing up I was very active, I was a dancer and part of a Netball, Rounders and Athletics teams. After a knee injury and leaving school, I didn't know how to carry on with exercise, so gained weight and lost all fitness.

Then at the age of 20 I went to my first group exercise class and fell in love with fitness all over again. Since then I have tried many different styles of training and decided to qualify as a Personal Trainer. 

Currently, I train in Muay Thai Boxing, CrossFit, Netball and Strength & Conditioning; bringing all these styles of training into my sessions. 

My passion is to help you find a style of training that you love and ensure everything is personalised to you and your goals!
