Jeni Woolley
Changing the attitude towards female training,
I work closely with women to adapt their training programmes around their menstrual cycle. Cyclical training offers women a chance to push their physical boundaries, but also embrace the soft nature of the feminine.
Fitness for women should be nourishing and empowering for our bodies. I believe that for a woman to feel connected and confident within her body she must incorporate a mixture of strength training, flexibility work and cardio into her training plan. However, your nutrition and lifestyle are equally important.
For this reason, I work closely with clients to make necessary dietary changes, incorporate healthy habits, and utilise their breath to regulate their nervous system
If you feel called to finding the balance between your training, nutrition and breath to create a life of harmony, then do not hesitate to get in touch with me.
