When I first began my own fitness journey, I was nervous, I found the gym intimidating and weights scared me. But now, more than 3 years later, fitness and exercise has become my passion in life. Now, exercise not only makes me feel physically strong, but mentally strong.
I want to help YOU find a passion for exercise and fitness too, and not simply a chore that has to be done. Instead, something that you look forward to and walk away from feeling empowered and confident.
