I have always been interested in fitness, at school I loved PE, I played netball and yes, I was that strange kid that asked to do cross country! I had been going to the gym for many years but always stuck to the same routine, which generally involved CARDIO! The treadmill became my new best friend! After learning more about fitness, I found a training style which suited me best, mainly consisting of CrossFit style workouts and learnt that mixing up the cardio and weights can benefit you massively.

I love fitness not only for the physical aspects but most importantly the mental aspects. Your overall wellbeing is fundamental in life and my training helps me keep this balanced!

I know the gym can sometimes feel like a scary place however I want it to feel like a second home to you! I would love to help you on your journey… let’s make it a FUN one.
