I started off exactly where you are now and I know how daunting it can be for the first time in the gym, not knowing where to start, what exercises to do etc.

In my own journey, I have struggled with being both overweight and underweight, mental health, and my relationship with food. Coming to the gym has really helped to heal my relationship with food and exercise and I have found a real love for weightlifting and strength training!

My specialties lie in strength training, muscle growth and weight loss. So whether you’re new to the gym and need some knowledge and guidance, or if you feel like you’ve hit a plateau and need support to get back on track - I can help!
