Jared Phillip
I'm a Level 3 qualified Personal Trainer with a strong passion for health and fitness. I've always had a good knowledge of the health and fitness industry from studying P.E. at GCSE and A-Level throughout school and college. This helped me a lot during the course I studied to become a qualified Personal Trainer.
I always share my passion with clients and people around me, whether I’m in the gym or not. Having this mentality is perfect when working in a gym environment as I get to express this with my clients and members I interact with. I'm driven when it comes to setting goals and achieving them.
I believe that no training programme is complete without the right diet, which is why I specialise in writing nutrition plans to suit specific fitness goals. I specialise in using different and specific training systems to target your goals. No two clients are the same, so it's important for me to consider everybody’s fitness levels and healthy wellbeing prior to training.
I always adapt sessions and introduce new exercises, ensuring that clients stay interested and focused whilst pushing them to their limits. Muscle aches and soreness are all part of training hard, so I encourage clients to use this as a sense of achievement. That’s why I always say “No pain, no gain”.
