Jamie is a certified personal trainer that specialises in women's weight loss and strength training.
He has been actively coaching full-time since he qualified in 2015 and has helped hundreds of deskbound workers transform their bodies and regain confidence in themselves (which has carried over and improved all other aspects of their lives).
His mission is to share the knowledge he has gathered through university education, the many exercise and nutrition courses he has completed, and the years of experience working in the field, with those who are looking to lose fat, build muscle and get into the best physique of their life.
