Hi, I'm Jamie, I absolutely love the gym but more importantly the gym life.

We only have one tool to get us through life, and that's our body, so take care of it! In return it will take care of you.

Having gone through my own battles of trying to gain some weight (muscle) and just to look more healthy, I started a nutrition plan and buried my head in bodybuilding books and magazines managing to gain 42 pounds within 13 months.

On this journey I made a few mistakes and learnt from them, so you won't have to. I then began training friends and family and helping them gain/ lose weight.

It was then that I decided to further my knowledge and become a Personal Trainer to help myself and others take things to the next level.
