   When I started in the gym, I didn't know what I was doing exercise or nutrition wise. The transition from feeling lost, anxious and uncertain in the gym to feeling confident and motivated, inspired me to pursue my personal training career. 

   My mission is now to support you in achieving your goals, developing excellent technique, building strength, and improving performance. Most importantly, I value and promote building a balanced healthy relationship with both training and nutrition.
