My fitness journey began in my home during lockdown, this interest quickly developed into a passion as I learnt to structure my training in a way that was enjoyable, effective, and lead me to achieve personal goals in the gym. The transition from feeling lost and uncertain in the gym to feeling confident and motivated, inspired me to pursue my personal training career.
Since completing my level 3 personal training qualification, I aim to support others to develop excellent technique, build strength, and improve performance. Most importantly, I value and promote building a healthy relationship with fitness and nutrition.
