Alongside being a PT I enjoy strength training, playing rugby, currently playing for Oakdale RFC and Wales Deaf Rugby . Strength training has helped my overall wellbeing over the last few years since I broke my leg in an accident, and I now value the importance of exercise for mental health, as well as for physical health.
I am passionate about helping people with injuries get back to full fitness as I know how tough it can be, I have experience helping people with various injuries and barriers to exercise get back to full fitness. I will also be starting a Physiotherapy degree in September along side Personal Training!
