My philosophy as a coach is that a healthy body is a healthy mind… I see a direct correlation between physical & mental health, they go hand In hand! I take this approach in & out of the gym; where I condition clients into more positive thinking patterns & visualizing their goals & then putting systems in place to make this a reality! I see working & out & eating good as a lifestyle - something we can maintain forever, ultimately for a healthier happier life
