My name is Jaimie!

When I got the confidence to go into the free weights area at the gym, I never looked back after years of being too afraid.

 

I’ve came to PureGym to help those who want to become confident coming into the gym but most importantly help them find the confidence in themselves.

 

Unfortunately, the pressure on body image is higher than it’s ever been before. With training professionally as a dancer, I understand what it feels like to want to look and feel a certain way. I’m making it my priority as a personal trainer to help you reach your goals while improving your physical health, mindset, confidence, strength and simply your love and appreciation your body for all the amazing things it does for you.

 

My role as a personal trainer is to provide you with a source of knowledge that will help you reach your goals, motivate you, keep you accountable, create individualised programs specified to your goals and to push you to do your best.

 

I offer a range of packages including 1:1, 2:1, Small Group training (4:1) and online coaching.

 

It’s going to take hard work but it’ll be worth it.
