2020 - time of the Covid Pandemic, I developed chronic knee pain consequently lower back pain.
Beyond mid-50s, I wanted to challenge myself in setting new goals with physical fitness and mental health.
In doing so, I achieved knee and lower back pain, significant improvement - Pain Free.
Now I'm here, committed @PureGym for people to help understand inherent anatomy to reach their potential goals.
