Jacob Lanzon-Miller

I've always had an interest in sport and fitness, taking part in athletics and rugby in my teenage years. At 15 I started working out with weights at home, where I discovered my passion for fitness and weight training.

My goal as a Personal Trainer is to help people who want to get in shape and improve their fitness. I want people to feel comfortable in the gym environment and confident in themselves. I have a lot of knowledge that I would like to share, so if you're interested in being the best version of yourself I would be glad to help.
