I am a fully qualified PT working with different types of people wanting to lose weight with a lack of time on their hands, who get frustrated with what to believe when it comes to fitness and nutrition. I understand the struggles you have when trying to stay consistently motivated when having to put family and work before yourself and I constantly support clients who previously were the “diet starts Monday” type. I’ve been proud to support hundreds of people like yourself look and feel better about themselves but more so become more educated, motivated and accountable to themselves to be able to go off and have the confidence to do this whole fitness thing on their own.
