Jack Newman

I have had a passion for health and fitness for as long as I can remember. I loved getting involved with new sports and activities like running, as well as venturing into the art of boxing - preparing for amateur bouts. 

I've always had an obsession to learn and progress. I grew up self teaching myself a lot when it comes to the gym as well as in martial arts before I joined my boxing academy; which I believe has helped me very much when it comes to helping people improve and knowing what works well for them, whether that be learning to throw your first punch, shredding down to your ideal weight or building muscle and strength. 

Through personalized strength and conditioning programs, we'll build a foundation of power and endurance. Weight loss becomes an achievable milestone as we integrate effective strategies, and the precision of boxing techniques adds a dynamic flair to our routine. 

My over arching goal for all my clients is to make them the healthiest, best versions of themselves possible and to build a resilient, unbreakable mentality.
