My passion for health & fitness and living a healthy lifestyle inspired me to become a personal trainer so I can share my passion with others.

I've been training for over 6 years now, trying out all kinds of different workout programmes for goals which has been used as good research to better myself and others.
I also have a keen interest in boxing. I find it’s a good way to combine technique, endurance & agility to keep the workout challenging and fun at the same time.
