As a teen I found it hard to control my eating habits. Now take a big appetite plus the desire to consume unhealthy food on a day-to-day basis and you can imagine it didn’t turn out well! As a result of this, plus my inability to exercise due to a multitude of injuries, I ended up putting on a lot of weight and became very unhappy with myself. It was then that I  decided to take my diet and exercise seriously.

My main priority as a PT is to aid my clients going through the same journey that I did and to help them turn their life around like I did!
