Hi, I'm Imogen...
Growing up with an eating disorder I hated all types of exercise. But when I started at the gym at 15, I fell in love with it and how much it helped me. I got a personal trainer, and they helped change my life for the better and ever since then that’s all I’ve wanted to do, help people to love their body and what it does for them. I understand how hard it can be when starting in the gym, feeling like you are being judged because I felt like that at the start of my gym journey, and I know that everyone can get over that feeling.
Recently I’ve found powerlifting and it’s helped me grow massively and I want to be the helping hand for others to find what type of training they enjoy the most because that is the secret to success, doing what you enjoy. I also pride myself in working holistically with neurodiversity and people of all shapes and sizes to help reach their goals.
