Myth: "the more you sweat, the more calories you burn" - Sweat is how your body cools itself down. It does not equate to calories burned. Now that I have your attention, Hi, my name is Ibrahim but you can call me Ibss.

I have been into the fitness industry for eight years, however, in my early teens, I had been participating in sports such as basketball and boxing. I was in a situation where I wanted to transform myself and I did. During this time period, I found my passion for fitness and have learnt a lot along the way which included a confidence boost.

My goal as a Personal Trainer is to make you reach your desired goal to make you confident in everyday life and to make your sessions very fun and also very rewarding. I am highly motivated to ensure you get the best out of training and promise you and guaranteed results.
