I come from a background of cross-country and fell running, placing 2nd in the English Fell Running Championship Series 2013; however my love for fitness later transitioned into weight training. I enjoyed building muscle and seeing progress, but to me, the mental health benefits far outweighed the physical.
Fitness has had such a positive impact on both my physical and mental well-being and I am keen to share this passion with you, and to help you achieve your goals; whether that’s fitting back into that old pair of jeans, a new deadlift PR, or to run a 5k.
