Hi, I’m Hollie. In January 2023 I took part in my first powerlifting competition! I switched up my training from bodybuilding to strength training and learnt the techniques within a short amount of time.

I want to help you gain the confidence to use the free weight section on your own and to feel as empowered as I did!

If you’re looking to gain muscle, lose weight and tone up, strength training will help you achieve your goals quickly and effectively.

Going into the free weight section of a gym can be daunting but this is why I’m here to help! Once you’ve done it you’ll walk out of the gym feeling accomplished.
