I started using a gym, let’s just say a long time ago to help improve my body image and confidence.
I like many others had to overcome my own fears in a gym environment, personal struggles with body issues and overall lack of confidence in myself. Since then, I have found a love for fitness and a passion to help others achieve their own goals.
So here I am, doing just that!
