A bit about my journey…

My fitness journey began at the age of 13 when I got my first gym membership. Like many other people I was lost, felt insecure about my body and knew that I wanted to change. But how? I didn’t know what to do and had nobody to guide me. As a result, I made very little progress, became unmotivated and quit… my issues with body image, anxiety and low confidence continued. Months before COVID hit I started to research the correct ways to train and how to progress towards my goals. I built a home gym, became consistent with my training and ate well. The results started showing. From then on, I was hooked and my burning passion for fitness was born. Since then I have continued to expand my knowledge on fitness and have managed to build a physique my younger self would be proud of, gaining 10kg of muscle going from 54kg to around 67kg. The gym started as a hobby and evolved into a part of my life that helps me in so many ways every single day, and it is my goal to help you reap the rewards fitness too!

 

Things I have to offer…

  • If you see me in my uniform, don’t hesitate to have a chat I don’t bite! I am more than happy to show you how to use the equipment and can give you some advice if you have any fitness related questions.
  • I offer 1 to 1 training sessions following a programme designed specifically for your individual needs and goals.
  • If 1 to 1 coaching isn’t what you are looking for don’t worry. I also provide a bundle that includes a consultation, dietary advice tailored to you and your needs, and a single 1 to 1 session to demonstrate and have you try each exercise to ensure the programme works for you. There will also be the option to have weekly or monthly check-ins to measure your progress, modify the programme (if needed), help you with any exercises (if needed), and to make sure you’re on track and training hard. This will be a small fee if and when you would like a check in.
  • I will also be running some of my own classes which will be timetabled on my social medias.
