Hey I'm Harrison,

I have been exercising and in the gym environment for a decade and have been on my own journey of building muscle and losing fat. But most importantly, finding the balance of living life and achieving fitness goals. 

 I believe that you should be able to live your life while still making progress. With small adjustments to your lifestyle, some exercise and a little bit of patience you can do just that.

Because no one wants to miss a spontaneous night out.

I enjoy weight training, boxing and kickboxing with the occasional run on the weekends. I have poor flexibility which I’m gradually improving and like to try everything at least once. I like to relax by taking a ‘life walk’ with a friend. Which involves walking and talking about absolute rubbish and getting stuff off your chest (a nice stress release, recommend this to anyone). 

A decision is the act or process of deciding what to do. So I'll leave you with a decision to make: What will you thank yourself for in a year's time?
