Hi, my name is Harlem, H for short, I'm a Personal Trainer here at PureGym, and my intentions
are to help people to reach their goals in fitness and attain the physic they want to achieve.
This will be done by creating personalised plans suited to your goals and needs, whether short or
long term, I will also help by improving your understanding of nutrition so that you can live a
happier and healthier lifestyle without needing to restrict your daily consumption whilst still
eating food you enjoy.
I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, whether it is helping you to drop weight, gaining
mass, strength training, endurance training or just trying to get fit, I’m here to help people evolve and
attain their goals.
Training a client can be difficult as everyone is different and requires an approach tailored to them, to achieve this I will provide weekly check-ins with you to track progression and also to change or adjust the tailored plan accordingly to your needs and wants; doing this will help
make sure that you are keeping on track, making progression and making sure you are eating
right to make progression smoother and more attainable.
If the client ever feels down, unmotivated or feels as though they are not making any progress I will be making a visible
record so you can see your progression and regression and make adjustments as needed to reach your overall target goals.
