Hannah has been a personal trainer for over 4 years and specialises in pre and post natal fitness. Hannah is also currently studying to become a level 4 Nutrition coach

She helps clients reach their goals whether that is to lose weight, build strength, build confidence, keeping fit through pregnancy or getting back into fitness after time off
