Hi, I’m Hannah
My aim is to help newcomers overcome their fear of the gym and build a good foundation to set you up for the rest of your life!
When I started my own fitness journey, I had a lack of confidence and difficulty knowing how to reach my goals. Through self-learning and the support of various fitness coaches, I’ve managed to overcome my fear and gain an understanding in different aspects of training such as strength training, sport specific training, fat loss and toning.
I’m currently studying sports therapy at Leeds Beckett university. Through sports therapy, I can help you reduce the risk of injury as well as support you to maximize recovery which will lead to greater results. I also currently play football for my university team, this has led me to educating myself on how to train like an athlete, improving my strength, cardio, explosive power and agility.
