I have been a fitness enthusiast my whole life, but my journey started as a person that was shy, low on self-esteem and too intimidated to even set foot in a gym.
Over time I developed the skills and knowledge to not only achieve my goals, but help others achieve theirs and grow the confidence they need. For me, it is an absolute joy to watch someone go from just starting out to becoming strong and standing tall with confidence. This is what led me to become a personal trainer.
I specialise in corrective exercise as I believe good posture plays a critical role in quality of life and longevity, and I also possess extensive knowledge of other training styles such as strength training and building muscle.
