From a young age, sports and fitness has played a big part in my life. I had been involved in the professional youth football setup then at 16 years old I moved onto full-time football. During this time I found my passion for the gym which helped me build confidence within myself and help improve my body, mindset and performance.
After qualifying as a Personal Trainer I have gained knowledge and experience and armed with this I want to help you along your journey to reach yours goals, find your passion for fitness and help you gain confidence within the gym. I feel its important that I treat everyone as individuals when it comes to their fitness goals and as such I would work with you to personalise any training programmes/ nutrition advice/ goals.
Ultimately I want to help you be a fitter healthier stronger you!
