Gregg Taylor
I've been a Personal Trainer since 2006. In that time I have trained hundreds of people to achieving their goals from those aiming just to lose a few pounds and improve their general health, to Personal Trainers and even professional athletes training for serious competitions. Some of the results I have achieved have been exceptional, especially from those willing to put in the time and effort.
Being a former GB international distance runner I'm an extremely dedicated person who takes great satisfaction from assisting others to reach their fitness goals. One of my most recent gym related achievements was winning the Men's Fitness Magazine Fit Brit Gym Challenge national title. I have also contributed to training articles in Men's Fitness magazine.
I'm a friendly approachable individual, fully dedicated and 100% reliable. I believe that my style and approach to Personal Training really helps to make sessions fun, enjoyable, and with plenty of variety, while on the way to achieving results in as short a time possible.
Don't be afraid to approach me in the gym or by phone/email if you need any help or advice, I am always happy to help you.
