Hello, I'm Grant.
Sports, fitness, and overall good health has been a massive factor in my life. I started off with playing amateur football like any other teenager but once I stopped playing I gained over 30kg!
My options were, get a personal trainer or learn and and become my own personal trainer. Going down the route of the second option I ended up dropping over 20kg through the combination of martial arts and weightlifting.
Fast forward 8 years and I have have coached clients from a variety of backgrounds. From complete beginners to athletes breaking world records.
Some personal achievements include competing at Scotland's strongest junior, becoming Scottish champion in taekwondo and even competing 4 months after fracturing my back.
Here I am today ready to pass on the knowledge that I have learned to help you build better habits, a better future and a better life so you can reach your full potential.
