Heyy, I’m Grace.

I have always had a passion and been driven to help others regardless of this being fitness related or not. Since starting my own fitness journey in which kickstarted to better my mental health and to initially ensure I kept my mind busy through weight training , I have always and will forever see fitness and the gym environment in a completely different light, and due to this, my main aim as a Personal Trainer is to ensure you get the same feeling when being in the gym environment yourself.

Whilst every goal includes Motivation, Willingness and Determination, my main aim is to ensure I support you in maintaining these attributes whilst ensuring you still enjoy your experience and time outside of the gym environment, because nothing else is more motivational then ensuring you feel good inside but also outside of the gym, weather this is nutritional, exercise or rest day based.

Even though I am here to help you along your fitness journey, I also believe that I am also here to support you within your personal confidence and to support in reaching the goals that you feel will make you the better version of yourself!!
